The headpiece is a top hat with layers of red, white, and blue beads along with clear lights around the beads. Hanging off the front is 1940’s inspired mesh. If you lift your arm, it creates the entire shape of the American flag. It is lined with white and red pearl beads around the edges with clear lights.
